Leblon Cachaça

Spicy Mango Mojito
Aix Restaurant

2 oz Leblon Cachaça
1 oz fresh limejuice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1 oz mango puree
4-5 mint leaves
splash of hot sauce (tabasco)
shake all ingredients with ice. fill highball glass and a splash of seltzer and a spring of fresh mint for garnish.
